What do you do as a Dairy Farmer?

Did you know that being a dairy farmer is a full-time job! They spend every day caring for their cows and their cows appreciate it.

Their morning starts at 5am and includes feeding the cows and then milking. Once that is done, they then spend the rest of the morning cleaning and tending to the calves.

The afternoon is spent cleaning out the stalls and laying them with fresh sand and saw dust. They let the cows roam in the pasture too.

The evening finishes up with the cows being brought back in from the pasture and then another round of milking and feeding.
