DESCRIPTION:In this lively\, hands-on cooking class\, you’ll learn the essential science and techniques to baking sweet seasonal pastries. Folks will be learning how to make two very different styles of pastry; the creme brulee being very delicate\, creamy and special  and the apple galette as more of a rustic\, simple and hearty dessert. \nStudents will get to learn how make a basic custard that is super silky\, bake using a water bath and brulee their own custards.
