Bond with your special someone\, while learn traditional\, warming recipes that are easy to recreate in the comfort of your own kitchen. Once you learn how to cook with seasonal\, local ingredients\, you’ll fall in love with food all over again (and each other!). \nIn this lively\, hands-on cooking class you will learn how to utilize the produce and products of local farmers and artisans. Guided by Chef Liz or Chef Addy\, you will create an exciting three-course meal based on seasonal\, local food\, and increase your expertise in the kitchen through new knife skills\, techniques\, and flavor profiles. \nBYOB event. \nMenu: \n\nTender Kale Salad in a Toasted Parmesan Cup with Champagne and Shallot Vinaigrette\nBoeuf Bourguingon\, a Classic French Beef Stew with Red Wine\, Mushrooms and Pancetta\nChocolate Creme Brulee\, a Rich Custard with a Crunchy Top (yes we get to use a torch!)\n\nThis menu can be made vegetarian\, but not gluten-free or vegan.
