All meals include an appetizer\, entree\, assortment of desserts and a rose. Meals are served precooked with simple reheating instructions. \n\n\n\n\n\nAppetizers\n\n\n\n\n\nChoose one of the following: \n\nLobster Ravioli – Four large striped raviolis topped with a sherried lobster cream sauce.\nBeet and Goat Cheese Ravioli – Six large raviolis served over sauteed swiss chard with a lemon artichoke cream sauce.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEntrees\n\n\n\n\n\nChoose two of the following (one for each person): \n\nPan Seared Cod Loin – Cod loin served over an artichoke\, white bean and spinach tomato broth with grilled asparagus.\nDuck Breast with a Blackberry Pan Sauce – Accompanied by root vegetable hash and haricot vertes.\nBraised Short Rib – Accompanied by polenta cakes with garlic sauteed broccolini and roasted butternut squash.\nCurried Falafel with Cucumber Raita – Falafel cakes served with a cucumber and tomato yogurt sauce over bed of indian style potatoes and cauliflower.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDesserts\n\n\n\n\n\nEach meal will be accompanied by a sampling of the following desserts: \n\nPassionfruit Macarons.\nSalted Caramel Mousse Shooter.\nChocolate Cookie Sandwich filled with Ganache.\nChampagne Raspberry Cupcakes.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$80 per couple\n\n\n\n\n\nOrder online below or call the farmstand to order – (978) 369-4494. We love this season and want to share it with you! Join us for our Sugar Shack Saturdays to see how we collect and turn that sap into delicious maple syrup. \nMeet at the Carriage Barn at the historic Appleton Farmstead where we’ll learn about the maple sugaring process. Then we’ll take a short walk to the maple tree row where we’ll learn how we tap the trees. We’ll then walk to the sugar shack to see the maple sugaring in action. We’ll be tasting the sap and maple syrup. You won’t want to miss this maple sugaring experience! \nRecommended for ages 12 and under (and families) but everyone is welcome! Space is limited. Registration is by the family- if you have 6 or more in your family\, please register two (2) families. There are two time slots for this program. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. \nMember price: $32 \nNonmember price: $40
