SUMMARY:Families in the Farm Kitchen: Bread and Butter Making
DESCRIPTION:Cooking together and having fun in the kitchen makes our farm family happy and we want to share that enthusiasm for cooking with you. We will make homemade rolls and top them with freshly made Jersey butter. We will learn about how our cows turn green grass to creamy\, nutritious milk\, then enjoy the sweet fruits of our labor together. This program is designed for families with children ages 4-7. \nPre-registration is required as we can not accommodate a large group with drop-ins for this program. Registration is by the child\, but an adult must attend with them (at no cost). SUMMARY:Farm Inspired Crafts for Kids
DESCRIPTION:Join us in the farmhouse for a craft making party! Leave your hat and mittens at the door and come get creative with our Farm Educator. While the farm animals are hunkered down and the wild animals are hibernating\, we will use the winter landscape as our inspiration. Hot chocolate will be available in the farm kitchen throughout the program. Drop in between 9:30am-11am.
