Beer Brewing 101 with Agape Brewing

March 15, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$28

If you want to dive into homebrewing but don’t know where to start, this introductory class is for you!

Led by Rev. Jamie Green Klopotoski, this class will begin with a brief introduction to the four main ingredients of beer (water, grain, hops, yeast) and the equipment needed to brew your own beer at home. Then there will be indepth explanation of the steps of the brewing process and how to package the finished beer, followed by a discussion on how to develop a recipe.

The class will include a tasting of a variety of Agape beers, handouts with detailed information to get your homebrewing adventure started, and recommendations of where to purchase equipment and ingredients. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A.
