Eggs All Ways! Farmhouse Brunch Cooking
Spring is soon arriving and it’s a perfect time to get creative in the kitchen with Spring brunch in mind. Join us as we cook with farm-fresh eggs, learning classic culinary methods and techniques while preparing delicious recipes for everyday breakfast, celebration brunches, dinner, and dessert!
Our menu will include recipes such as perfect soft & hard-boiled eggs with Homemade Green Goddess Herb Mayo, Poached Eggs in Tomato Sauce with Chick Peas & Feta, Canadian Bacon & Asparagus Frittata, and Crepes with Lemon Curd, Ricotta, & Berries. Class includes hands-on cooking, culinary instruction, printed recipe book, and an ‘eggcellent’ brunch in the farmhouse. BYOB Champagne for Mimosas (we’ll provide the OJ!)
Cost for a member is $72, and cost for a non-member is $90
