Farm to Kitchen Cooking Class: Winter in Tuscany

$72Winter is the best time to cozy up to a hearty, home-cooked meal! Join us at Appleton Farms for a local twist on the traditional flavors of Italy with warming recipes you can recreate at home. Chef Liz will share classic Italian recipes reinvented with locally sourced ingredients. Her recipes will awaken your senses and introduce you to new and flavorful meals you’ll want to make again and again!
Menu:
- Tuscan Flatbread with Fig jam, caramelized onions, Arugula and Parmesan
- Potato Gnocchi with Pancetta, Winter Squash and Sage
- Winter Spiced Molten Chocolate Cake with Ginger Mascarpone
