Join Briana Grieco as she leads you through a 75 minute gentle yoga class while the goats of Two Sisters Farm wander around in their natural environment. You will have the opportunity to practice yoga in a nonjudgmental environment. This practice is all about reconnecting back to the earth where you leave feeling renewed and reconnected.
Bring water and wear your hair tied up.
