Strawberry Day

Join us for a day of fun to celebrate the strawberry harvest! Dig in the dirt with our farm staff, meet some berry-loving animals, and pick your own strawberries to take home!
Schedule
10:00 am: Five Senses in the Garden- Think about plants in a whole new way by exploring the Learning Garden using all your senses.
10:30 am: Garden Guests-Wonder who may be nibbling in your garden? Meet one of our animals and find out!
11:30 am: Pretty Pollinators-Learn about the science of bees and how pollinators make our summer fruit crops possible.
12:30 pm: Fields for Food-Visit with some of the wild birds and mammals that make fields their habitat.
2:00 pm: A Taste of Drumlin- Sample the first fruits (and veggies!) of the season.
2:30 pm: Turtles Love Strawberries- Meet one of New England’s turtles up close.
3:30 pm: Seeing Seeds- Explore the magic of how a seed turns into a new plant.
3:45 pm: Romping Rabbits- Visit with Drumlin Farm’s newest animal ambassadors and learn how wild rabbits use strawberry fields as habitat.
About Our Strawberries
Our strawberries, like all of our produce, are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. We think our strawberries are some of the best there are, and we’re sure you will too!

- Free with admission: $9 Adults, $6 children and seniors (ages 2–12, 65+)
