Have you ever wanted to make your own cheese? Our cheese making classes are back! Join Appleton Farms own cheese maker for a hands-on class in our farm kitchen. You’ll learn all the basics of cheese making, make your own mozzarella and ricotta, and sample some other delicious cheeses discussing the origins and flavors! Take a quick tour of our cheese making operation and dairy as well. Pre-registration required.
Cost for a Member is $60, and cost for a Nonmember is $75.
