Herbs for Health: Herbs 101

$9Join Liane Moccia, Clinical Herbalist, at the Stevens-Coolidge Place to learn the secret to using everyday herbs and other common kitchen ingredients to support optimal health and well-being. This educational talk will offer a general overview on using herbs and touches on common interest areas on immunity, stress, energy and sleep, as well as the health benefits of individual herbs with herbal recipes (like teas and syrups), and simple tips to incorporate herbs into your daily life.
You will receive printed recipes and handouts for all the herbs presented. During the talk you will have the opportunity to sample an herbal wellness teas.
This lecture is part of a new Wednesday evening winter workshop series offered at The Stevens-Coolidge Place.
