Kids Baking Class: Cream Puffs
February 18, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm$40
Join the Verrill Farm bakery team over school vacation and learn about some of the science behind the french dough known as “pate a choux”. Students will learn mixing and shaping techniques and will make a variety of goodies with this one simple dough. Class will cover cream puffs, gougères and more! Class space is limited, reservations necessary.
This session will be targeted for students grades 4 – 6
